i was an average person before then i became popular then i became a loser.. i just want to hide and escape from everyone... what feelings do you call that.?.?

This is not pathetic, it is part of life the ups and downs we all go through.
It sounds like you feel like you failed yourself, just remember that by being popular is not always the best thing in life to have and being average is okay to.
You could be having a little depression with what has happened. You just need to hold you head up and never worry what others may think of you, you are the only person that matters in what you think of you.
You just may have to decided what is more important being popular or being happy with who you are, you have to be true to yourself in life and not being what you think others want you to be, and you will go farther in life. to me, it looks like your a person who just likes to keep themselve to themselves, and all this attention is making your feel tense.
i'm guessing you just feel like you personal space is being invaded.?
the best advice i can give you, is to just go along with it, and without completely running a mile, just take a step back from the lime light a bit, i can't say how because i don't know you, but if it was me, i would maybe try hanging around with different groups, so not completely distancing yourself from your main friends, but just maybe hanging out with someother every now and again..
