Question: Is it possible to buy Zopiclone legally over the internet.?
I have terrible problems with insomnia and anxiety. Zopiclone is the only thing that gives me a break from my feelings for a while. I know there are internet pharmacies, but is it legal to buy this over the net.? I have been prescribed it, so I do have a valid prescription, but my doctors have now decided that it is against their policy to hand out sleeping pills. Now I am left with crippling anxiety, terrible insomnia, when I do sleep I have horrific nightmares. Please don't tell me that I should manage my feelings and insomnia in another way, I know this can only be a short-term thing, I am asking for help in this matter, not judgement please.Health Question & Answer

Stop drinking coffee or whatever it is you're doing to your body.
Fix your diet - maybe make some vegetable soups every day for a week.
If that doesnt work (after you've tried it) go to the health food store and buy one of their valerian root sleeping potions. They cost a bomb but its as good as morphine.Health Question & Answer

Try a sedating antidepressant like mirtazapine or one of the older tricyclics, trimipramine. That should help you sleep & reduce the anxiety etc better than zopiclone which modifies symptoms rather than cures & is addictive & has a possible cancer risk. It won't help you get to sleep as fast as zopiclone but it should do a better job in the end. It might provoke vivid dreams but things will be probably better. Unofficially you could try a small amount of alcohol with it at bedtime to get to sleep better.Health Question & Answer
my G.P would not prescribe sleeping tablets when i was having the same problems, however he did prescribe citalopram 10mg to start then up to 20mg or 40mg until you find therapeutic level. For the first 2 weeks i felt no change then i began to feel relaxed and without anxiety, without the anxiety sleep automatically came naturally i have felt very little side effects and now feel able to cope with daily living.Health Question & Answer
Not only are most of them fakes, but trying to purchase a controlled substance like zopiclone is a felony.
Usually they just send you aspirin or something viciously nasty like Haldol and label it zopiclone.

You can become habitually addicted to Zopiclone in as little as four days. The actual success rate of this drug helping insomnia is actually very poor and makes only a marginal difference. The risks of this drug out-weight the benefits.
The other problem is your body will just come to rely on it very quickly and sleep would almost be impossible without it (again, in as little as 4 days) after this time the drug is absolutely worthless. This is a difficult drug to withdraw from All in all, it's a bit of a disaster really.
With regards to your anxieties; you would be far better seeing if your GP would refer you for CBT (Cognitive behavioural therapy) which has a 70% ssuccess rate in curing anxieties and phobias.Health Question & Answer
