How can I get restful sleep?!


Question: How can I get restful sleep.?
I have slept for 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 hour increments, and have not found the balance that gives me the restful nights sleep that I am desperately needing. I wake up tired, and can't seem to do anything for about an hour, I yawn all day long, and then when it comes time to go to sleep, I can't do it. What should I do.?Health Question & Answer


Answers:
I do not like sleep medications. I think it as simple as getting a better night's sleep. You need to relax before bed time to get your brain ready to shut down to sleep. A great way to do this is by turning off your computer and TV an hour before bed.

do you have things on your mind,..... even tho a person is "sleeping" doesnt mean they are resting. Maybe meditation , or yoga. I dont do those things, but its something that apparently clears your mind and calms your nerves. And the good thing about the net is that you dont have to tell anyone if you are "wierd" about doing it, just look it up, get to reading up on it, and try it out at home. :) Good luckHealth Question & Answer
