I have been living with extreme shyness, panic attacks, and anxiety disorder since I was a child. We are 3 brothers and 1 sister, and all of us more or less we suffer from some kind of anxiety disorder. Now we are all married with children and them too some of them more or less suffer from some kind of anxiety disorder.
When we grew up there was no help, nobody new what social anxiety disorder was, today there is help around there and you must look for help; Social Anxiety Disorder is very serious mental disorder, with time if untreated it will get worse and worse till will become chronic as in my case.
