DOES ANYONE else have this weird undiagnosed mental disease?!

Question: DOES ANYONE else have this weird undiagnosed mental disease.?
Im Just curious to know who else has this weird mental illness:

Since 5th grade (I am in 11th grade now) I have had a very powerful imagination but the problem is it has become almost uncontrollable. Since the 10th grade i have been unconsciously falling into deep & powerful day dreams that my body would (unwarily to me) twitch or suddenly move in response to the stimulation in my head.

My imagination had me dreaming all types of different worlds & creating story lines. The pro of this was evident in my school work; i was able to come up with intelligent answers & construct captivating essays. Kids in my class have noticed the blank look on my face during lessons & the unusual body jerking. I'm left handed, good at drawing & love trance music as i find it euphoric.

This fantasy world iv created is addictive. the jerks are caused by stimulation in my head. so if i imagined someone throw a quick right my left arm would twitch cause in my head id be imagining myself blocking it. I cant control it. My imagination is incredible.

Does anyone else on here have this weird disease.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
It isn't a disease. Never ever label yourself with a disorder or a disease like that. You have a gift, not a disease at all. When people enter deep meditation, the body twitching and so on is a common documented thing. It has to do with your brain waves changing to theta type waves. It is really like you are dreaming and it is an incredibly useful talent to have. For people like me, it is a hard state to achieve, while others, like yourself, achieve it easily. So really, there is no disease. Don't treat it like it is. Be glad for it. I wish I didn't have to work so hard to get into that state. Health Question & Answer

Doesn't seem like a disease...To me it sounds like you will make an excellent author someday... If it makes you that miserable talk to your primary care physician about seeing someone who specializes in mental health care, trust me there are probably a ton of people who have the same problem as you call it.Health Question & Answer

I don't know if it's an illness, but I have something very similar. I don't quite fall into daydreams, but at night I have very weird dreams and I have always felt like I'm living in several different worlds, all inside my head. Health Question & Answer

It's not a disease! You're just very imaginative. There's nothing wrong with that. That's how Stephen King is! Listen to some interviews by him, or read his books. Maybe you can relate to him.Health Question & Answer

You probably just are a natural born writer, that's all.

Your inability to focus is most likely adhd. Health Question & Answer
