Last I checked, it was a depressant, am I right.? *not trying to be funny here really trying to verify*

So, if that's the case, *if it is* it's probably because it's not longer stabilizing your moods and plus, you're coming off of it the wrong way. The way you're doing it is basically cold turkey. Try it like this, once I was coming off a highly addictive drug to help my depression *I don't suffer from depression anymore* but anyway, I had to cut the pill a little at a time. And by that I mean, literally, shaving the corners of the pill with a knife a little at a time until I was down to maybe a crumb of the pill, soon, I was completely off of it.

That's how you have to do this. Your body is so dependent on it and it can't just go without it for a long time to come off of it. That's why you're crying. It's your body's reaction to not having the medication.Health Question & Answer

its all in your head, literally. being off zoloft for only 3 hours wont make a difference, it takes a few days to get it out of your system where it makes a difference. you just already think that if you dont take it you cant live, so your tricking your self so to sayHealth Question & Answer

wow, the probably kept all that pent up...I have a friend who couldn't go off of them...I do natually healing work & you can look up EFT on the internet & go to youtube.com & learn how to do that..remember the way you feel is not the truth it is good you can release it...I am so sorry you are going through this..You might need a good therapist to help you through..EFT works well.Health Question & Answer

It takes a while for zoloft to be completely out of your system. Perhaps you're crying because you are anxious or nervous about going off the drug. Hopefully your doctor is monitoring you as you ween off it. Good luckHealth Question & Answer
