I'm never happy inside for some reason, when im out.. i tend to rush things, i cant lay back and relax.
Little things stress me out.
When you wake up in the morning your suppose to be fresh and energetic, 70% of the days i'll be dead/brain not functioning properly therefore lacking confidence, ill think twice about everything even minor things.

Hi Zak,
sleep, food, exercise and relaxation are the key ingredients to a persons well being.
By missing out on any one of these means that you have to find reserves from elsewhere and therefore your pinching off one to feed another.
Firstly, get a health check by seeing your Doctor, explaining whats happening. If your taking any medication/alcohol etc, then they might suggest an alternative
Secondly, take time out and evaluate whats changed or likely to have some affect on your personal well being. If you have moved house, job, insecurity of work, relationships etc, then look at addressing this as this has a huge bearing to your life.
Confidence is a huge factor that affects more people than you'd think and even celebrities who appear up front as being successful and having a great time, are constantly under pressure and unfortunately, we hear of their downfall in many tabloids.

Your problem may be physical, not mental. Ask your doctor to give you a referral to a sleep disorder specialist. Your 'symptoms' sound like they could be from sleep apnea. They are not the symptoms of any mental health problem I know of. I'm a psychologist, now retired, and I'm married to a man with sleep apnea, so I do know the differences between them. Your 'anxiety' and tendency to 'rush things' is also symptomatic of sleep apnea, by the way. the only think that's wrong with u is u over analyze things. and u stress easy(most of america does) i have the same prob but what u can do is stop doing the things that stress u out like when i was in high school i was so stressed that i made myself sick so i started homeschooling and things are a lot better now.

Everyone says that your supposed to be happy and if not you need help. Its all just bogus. Some people have their own way of doing things and are not happy with their life. I personally am ALWAYS brain dead when i wake up, and dont want to talk about anything. I personally think your just fine but if you think you have a problem you should go see a therapist. What to do: You need to go to the doctor and tell him/her what your feeling and they will put you on a medication (pill) that you take every single day that will help with your mood and I am telling you it works great! Strange, that sounds a lot like me. I can't say "no, that's not normal!" Because honestly.? What is "normal.? Sometimes I feel like everyday is just the day before.. all over again. It happens.
