Question: How can I relieve this anxiety.?
I have anxiety problems. It comes every year.
And do you think my family is why.
My mom comes to me every time(which is everyday) she finds out my brother is doing something stupid. And she cries and it make me feel really bad. The last time she came to me was like less than and hour ago. I'm overwhelmed. I rarely pray and I know without "God" I'm nothing.

So please give me tips on what I can do to get better and get rid of anxiety for good.

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.

Let your mom know that her coming to you crying is causing you anxiety.It is not right for her to be doing that.It's selfish.Someone close to me was doing the same thing.

And what do you mean, without God, you are nothing.? don't think like that.

I personally take L-theanine.It is a good anxiety/stress reliever.I also make sure to take a B-vitamin complex which is good for neurological health.

Have you tried SAM-e.? it is suppose to help with mood as well.

The theanine can be purchased at a natural health food store and the others can be bought at your local Longs or Walgreens.
