Are there any other symptoms such as loss of appetite, extreme thirst, and frequent urination.? If so, talk to your doctor because it could be diabetes. It could be sleep apnea or some type of virus. also, you could be pregnant, but I'm sure you'd know by now if you were. If it get's worse, talk to your doctor. Good luck!Health Question & Answer
It could be narcolepsy too. That is a disorder where you just suddenly doze off anywhere: work, driving, etc. There is a medicine to help stop it.
