Question: I sleep all the time, even if I'm not tired, I just doze off and sleep for hours, what is wrong with me.?
I used to be an insomniac! Suddenly all I want to do is sleep. It's really weird and unlike me. How do I stop.? Health Question & Answer

A little cardio exercise and stretching would help a lot.
Are you anxious or feeling depressed at all.? This could be

Are there any other symptoms such as loss of appetite, extreme thirst, and frequent urination.? If so, talk to your doctor because it could be diabetes. It could be narcolepsy too. That is a disorder where you just suddenly doze off anywhere: work, driving, etc. There is a medicine to help stop it.
