Increased Lexapro from 20 to 30 mg a day?!
Question: Increased Lexapro from 20 to 30 mg a day.?
My psychiatrist just increased my dose, to try and lower my xanax intake, since I'm not getting perfect results with 20 mg Lexapro. I'm wondering if I will have any side effects from the increase. Does anyone know or been in this spot.?Health Question & Answer

I use to take Lexapro and I went from a low dosage and built to 300 mg a day.
The side effect I got it made me sleepy but that is the only thing.
It does take a while for your body to adjust to Lexapro and your doc is building you up.
He/she might not be done adding on so just be patient and tell your doctor your concerns bc that might also not be the right drug for you to take.
