Just rest girl....tell yourself that you will get better and that this is just a temporary set back and rest. Allow yourself to rest your mind and your spirit. By feeling lonely and depressed you won't let yourself recover fully. Enjoy your time to do nothing, open the blinds and let the sunshine come in and sit by the window to let the sun hit your skin. Many people lack Vitamin D and the sun will renew your spirit and make you feel better quickly. Don't allow yourself to sit in the dark with the blinds, curtains and shades closed. Are you well enough to go outside to check the mail or to walk down the street for 5 or 10 min.? Get some fresh air.....it helps when you've been ill. I wish you well and hope that you are back on your feet again soon. God Bless you during this time.Health Question & Answer

Sounds like rest and sleep is the best thing for now. But you might try striking up a conversation with the person. Get them to talk about the good times in their lives. This will get their mind off of their illness for a bit and bring a pleasant feeling to them at the same time.

I hope this will help some and I wish them a speedy recovery.Health Question & Answer

Now is the perfect time to make a list of all those things you didn't have time or didn't get around to doing. Look back and see what you missed and would of liked to have done. You may never get to do any of them still, but you will drive you mind to work on a problem that would make you yourself happy. Who knows, maybe you will spark something to change your life. Good luck.Health Question & Answer

sleep. watch tv or take up something to study such as what you want to be when you grow up. when i had mono and was bed ridden (i also had my birthday during and so i got a laptop) i took my laptop and researched childs psychology. it has to be something your passionate about though cause then its just boring. or pick up world of warcraft or sims 2 =)Health Question & Answer

Register and take a class on an online virtual school in something that interests you. If you have enough time, you could get a credit in psychology or another subject.

Write something. Draw something. Create something to let your creativity loose.

Try out garageband and make music. Look up weird videos on Youtube.

You could also look up some easy in-bed yoga to try to stay in shape.
