Question: A simple question from a worrier.?
I am a worrier. A hypocondriact if you will. I get worried too much, and need a way to put my mind at ease. Any drug-free advice.?Health Question & Answer

Take things a step at a time, don't think for too long about any consequences of anything you do and if you have something planned put it on a calender get ready for it then and then forget about it until the day, when you see the calender and go "ooh i've got a job interview today" then you've got very little time to worry.Health Question & Answer

Do things that are more relaxing to get your mind off of what your worrying about. Such as getting a message, reading, beach, hanging out with friends or family(if possible) or do what ever you see as fun. You have to realize there is no point on worrying your self to death over something out of your control.Health Question & Answer

i think you should try standing on your head and let the blood rush to your head for about one minute it is very relaxing also you should listen to relaxing music such as classical and slow music mabye you should go ask a minister at a local church to pray with you Health Question & Answer
