Does anyone know what an ADHD therapy meeting would be like?!


Question: Does anyone know what an ADHD therapy meeting would be like.?
Although i am ADHD i have never gone to therapy for it but I'm writing this book about a little girl with it (because i know what her life would be like) and i am just at the part where her sisters are taking her to a meeting and i was i was wondering what is it like.? what do they typically do.? thanks for any answers :)Health Question & Answer

In order to be diagnosed with ADHD you had to have been to a doctor who talked to you about symptoms, changes to make to help, medicine, etc. Therapy is basically the same thing. So just use what your doctor tells youHealth Question & Answer
