okay well for a few weeks ive been terrified tod rive in a car even if im not driving i cant drive lol im to young but ive been terrified to drive and if i do go in a car i always think were going to fast when were going like 30mph but i always say go slower and im just super scared so i thought distracting myself would be better like bring my ipod but it just makes it worse what do you think.?Health Question & Answer

Well, I've heard of this person who has a fear of cars too.
Personally, I think it is just a fear, you know.
Like some people are scared of rides .. even the kid ones!
So it's okay =]
You have to talk to yourself and help yourself undertsand that there is nothing scary about cars.
Now ... if you fear like car accidents and stuff..
then remember, What's meant to happen will always happen,
and you not sittign into that car wont save you.. you'll die some other way LOL.
All im saying is just calm yourself and nothing will happen.
Some people say it has to do wiht the past life.

An accident made me feel like you did, but I got over it, though I never speed. Perhaps you saw a show that involved a high speed accident and it triggered off the fear.?Health Question & Answer
