Question: Inspiring hope, how in your mind can u improve your mental health.? .?
I have ptsd, Ocd, social anxiety, and bouts of manic depression.

For me to improve I need to keep an organised daily routine. eat ,exercise ,meds, do daily chours, and sleep.

To take advantage of my conditions I decided to use my Ocd imagination to be creative, as most with Ocd have brilliant imaginations.

To be patient and share with those I trust.

To be brave enough and patient enough to get help and follow advice from professionals when given.

What will u do to help yourself.? If I day it try to stick to it and make it a plan. Health Question & Answer

I had mental health issues due to past drug use and I had to sort myself out and make myself mentally healthy again. Much of what you describe helped, don't stay up too late or get way too much sleep, keep a good balance. Don't drink alcohol, avoid caffeine. Mostly, being with 'normal' people in the real world has made the biggest difference, when I am at work and have to concentrate and learn things, it very much helps to focus and train my mind. xHealth Question & Answer
