Question: Is it okay for a guy to experiment with men while in a relationship with a woman.?
My best guy friend (who is in a long-distance relationship with his gf) is now questioning his sexuality. He asked his girl friend whether he can experiment, and she agreed that he can.
Do you think he's really gay.? he claims that he's definitely into woman but still wants to experiment with guys. He says he would only want to be on the receiving end though. (a bottom)
At the beginning of college, he had an open relationship with his long distance gf so he could have sex with other women. So he basically just used women for sex. This leads to believe that some part of him is very much straight...
so I'm thinking he's just bi.

I think that people should see other options. You never what you really want, until you try it. I think couples that deal with that, should go on a break to learn more about themselves. Because this really can help save on feelings that can be hurt, if you don't do it. I give your friend props for being honest and saying something. If his girlfriend (or current partner) is okay with it, then it's fine. If the people he "plays" with know it's just for the physical and not anything else, then there's no issue.

His gf doesn't have a problem with this, so he's been given her consent to explore this, and there's no better time to find out if hes gay straight or bi.

Of course it's okay especially since they are long distance. He may be gay but he may be bisexual. He should work that out before he commits to any relationship. Real important to remind him to practice safe sex no matter who he's with.Health Question & Answer
