Question: Why Do I Feel Like This All The Time.?

I'm just wondering if this is common or not... i'm 19 have 2 great kids, nice car, lovely fiance and Amazing friends.. the thing is i'm miserable, bored nearly all the time and not interested in anything anymore! Has this happened to anyone before.?

Sounds like you're depressed.
It can happen even if you're in a very happy situation. You should talk to a doctor about it. It may seem weird, and you may be embarrassed because your life is great and you shouldn't have anything to feel bad about, but depression could be deeper than that. It could be a seratonin imbalance, or you could have emotional problems.

Can't say I've been in that exact situation. maybe you should make some time for urself to do things you want to do, whatever those things might be. Your not hooked on any drugs are you.? Certain drugs can affect your mood.

My mother got married to my Dad when she was 21... and she feels like this frequently. You've got to find some time for yourself rather than take care of others all the time. Maybe hang out with your friends more, or do an educational course (or a casual job).Health Question & Answer
