i got 10 hours of sleep yesterday and i still feel like i can sleep some more

Its actually too much. You should only sleep for 8 hours. If you sleep for too long your body will not function well as you havent used your muscles for a long time so you will feel out of energy and tired. If you sleep too little you will be full of energy for a few hours because your body is still functioning normally but you will feel more tired later thats why people sometimes have naps during the day time. I used to work a crazy job so I slept for 4 hours woke up for about 6 hours and than slept for another 4 hours. I got my full 8 hours sleep within 24 hours and I felt great. It's normal at your age. Teenagers go through periods of needing extra sleep.
