Well st. Johns wort has what u need. But not enough. There's a lot of plants out there but u have to combine them all to get what u need. There's 2 products out there that have combined what u need. One is vilift. And the other is panicyl. They are both all natural and non addictive. One more thing. U get this with a prescription from the doctor but its non addictive. Vistaril. Its like a super benadryl. Helps ur brain relax without that drugged feeling. It makes u sleepy at first. But its great for when u get real anxious. God Bless. Health Question & Answer

St. Johns Wort is not really tested to be safe. Some thinks it has. But we are talking about something that is altering your brain.

If your husband truly loves you, he needs to support you. Sometimes medicine is what you may need. (maybe not). Ask your doctor. They know the best, maybe your doctor could suggest a safe alternative.

I use Klonopin from time to time. My nerves would get real high up there. Its not addictive. What mattered most to me is that I had the support of my husband and he was in my corner. My friend. (I did listen to what my doctors options were)Health Question & Answer

It won't hurt to try the St. John's Wort. I have never used it. I have found the best remedy for depression and anxiety is strenuous exercise, healthy eating and keeping busy. Tai Chi also helps alot. However, I do know that my anxiety level skyrockets when I haven't had enough sleep. Health Question & Answer
