I lost my sincere while facing people..because i have lost my trust to people..how can I be more trust on people and make people happy.? How can I avoid to think negative reflect against people relationship.? Health Question & Answer

You need to take control of your own life and stop worrying about other people at the moment. You are not happy with your self and this will only cause negativity. You need encouragement and prompting to build your own self es team and have confidence in your self. Try changing things about your life that your not happy with, keep yourself busy with interests and hobbies and just concentrate on your self.
