A meditation question?!

Question: A meditation question.?
ok, this will probably sound strange, but o well. i've been trying to meditate on a regular basis to clear my head, gain greater focus and have a little more control over the panic attacks i've been having more frequently as of late. i'm kind of new to the whole thing, so maybe this is normal, i don't know, but whenever i meditate i get this strange 'detachment' type of feeling; it's like me and my body are two separate beings. it almost feels like my mind and consciousness is 'the real me', and my body is some sort of puppet being controlled by me. i guess my question is is this normal.? does anyone else get that kind of feeling as well.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
You and your body ARE two separate things. This is normal and reality, we are just not used to feeling like that. We get caught up in the physical.
I wouldn't worry about it. If you have any more questions you can email me from my yahoo Id.Health Question & Answer

i have meditated before, and yes this sounds familiar. no it doesn't sound strange, meditation is perfectly fine. as long as the feeling isn't terrifying or anything like that, i wouldn't worry about it.

if they do happen to be terrifying..try to tell yourself it's okay. because honestly it is. or talk to a doctor or therapist about it.

good luck manHealth Question & Answer

Or you're transcending.

Or you're The One.

Or you're imagining it.Health Question & Answer
