Yeah, that's not a course you want to be on. The problem with anxiety is that while it feels like kind of an "up" stage, it's really depression. So basically, you are treating depression with a downer. It's ok occasionally, but not a good idea.Health Question & Answer

Alcohol relaxes muscles and releases chemicals that can calm or irritate, a glass of wine a day is also very good for the heart.

The best thing for releasing muscle tension is marijuana... Smoked, eaten in small doses or in "medicinal form".

As long as you aren't quaffing a bottle a day, you will be fine.Health Question & Answer

yep, what the other guys said, 1 glass a day of wine is actually good.

many of our ancestors had to live off bread and some wine every day; thus leading to our eventual adaptation of taking it as a positive resource.

what we didn't adapt to was liver and brain damage from alcohol though. so remember moderation.Health Question & Answer

wine is actually healthy for you (in moderation) one glass of wine a day has been proven to be beneficial to one's health

as long as you don't over indulge in it and don't find yourself becoming dependent on it, there is no problemHealth Question & Answer

depends how much wind you're having. a glass or two a day is not a big deal. they even say a glass of wine a day is healthy. now if ur getting buzzed everyday, then thats not healthy. Health Question & Answer

The problem is that you may need more to have the same effect. But a lot of meds are like that too. If it works, go for it!Health Question & Answer
