Question: PLEASE PLEASE tell me, is this what u feel when u are anxious around other ppl.? .?
For example you have insecurities and you later found out about it, you then started researching and came across "ANXIETY/social anxiety".. you then realize that "oh i've got some symptoms" like feeling uncomfy around others and not knowing what to say... at first, thoughts like intentionally ignoring ppl did not came to your head although u exhibit the symptoms.. but since you now have knowledge bout it when suddenly you meet some friends/relatives/schl mates.. you now bcame nervous.. not knowing what to say more.. evn thought u know they no nothing about you just the thought that u have it makes you feel awkward..... what is happening.?.?.?.?.? please help..
