First i want you to realize that all young people go through phases in their life. There will be times when you think you can't handle something or you think the breakup with your b/g friend is going to be the end of life for you. But these are the things that make us stronger in our life and we can grow from them, and learn.

I also want you to realize that although right now you think that cutting yourself is good and helpful , in fact it isn't.

I'a, 31 now. When I was a kid, I cut my self and did other self mutilation things. At the time I thought that it helped me and I didn't care that if left ugly scars.

When I was 22 I got married. And I wanted to wear a strapless dress, but with all the cut marks and tattoos, it didn't look very pretty.

There are other ways of dealing with pain, and stress.
Start a journal. Keep it in a place that no one else knows of. That way whatever you write can be for you only.
Write in it at the end of everyday. Be sure to date it and enter the time as well. Write about the things you did that day, and seen. And how it made you feel and what your thoughts were about it.

Then read what you wrote, but don't read what you wrote until at least a week after you wrote it. Then compare the way you feel about it when you read it, as to how you felt about it when you first wrote it. You will soon see that things that you thought were so hard or life changing and thought you couldn't take it , will be so different from the way you view it later.

Here are some things you can do, to be a little more active and not have so much time to dwell on negative things.

First: Always keep in mind that negative attitudes and thoughts, only encourage more negative things.
and positive thoughts and attitudes encourages more positive.
so please always try to find the positive in everything. That helps tremendously in it's self.

Try new things. Maybe a new hair style, new food.
Find a church of your choice and try it out. You can also make new friends in the church.

try scrap booking. You can do this for yourself, and also for others as gifts. it's fun and time consuming. Even though you might spend 2 hours doing it, the time flies by cause it's fun and it doesn't seem like you spent 2 hours on it.


Then just remember to love yourself. No matter how alone you feel in life, you aren't. There is always some one there who cares and loves you. Health Question & Answer

get some help, talk to someone, a friend, familymember or a therapist or just someone you can trust and from there you just build yourself up step by step.

When you feel down, it's hard to imagine that things can be better but before you know you are laughing again, just take one day at a time and ask for help when you need it.. Health Question & Answer

Have you ever try to get a job in a butchery or a slaughterhouse.?

You will spend the day cutting and looking blood.

Don't be emo, that's not having a life. Keep yourself alive and you will see that life is a mix of good times.
