What do you say to someone with bulimia?!

Question: What do you say to someone with bulimia.?
My friend is talking to me about her bulimia. I don't know what I should say to her. I don't want to make her uncomfortable, but I don't think what she's doing is right and I want to help her. I just don't know what to say. She lives in a different state than I do, so there's not much I can really do to help her. She seems to know what she's doing is wrong, but she said she "doesn't care right now."Health Question & Answer
