so sorry to hear you have Cancer....I would say surround yourself with positive people who love you and who will help you to keep your spirits high and above all I would suggest prayer to Jesus. I don't know if you have already, if your soul is saved but I would say Surrender your life and your soul to Jesus and make Him your Lord and Savior for only through Jesus is one's soul saved, Pray for healing, Come close to God, do everything you want to do, do things you thought you couldn't because you were afraid. Enjoy every moment of life and keep faith alive that Cancer will not beat you and that there is a lot more life to live, you will be well again, there are many who beat Cancer, look at Lance Armstrong, I think physical fitness has a lot to do with your body fighting these Cancer cells, keep reading about those who overcame Cancer, this will give you strength to know that you can overcome it too, the mind is a powerful thing, If you have the willpower, the determination and the belief that you will overcome, this will make your body fight harder to defeat all the Cancer in your body.....all our lives are temporal and are nothing compared to eternity with God, be reassured that God is there on the other side. I was watching 700 Club on T.V. and there was this remarkable story of this woman who has enough cancer cells in her body to kill 1500 people and yet she's still alive and what's helping her is her faith in God, even the doctors are amazed. there is a documentary and book written by a young woman who was told she had terminal, inoperable liver cancer. her name is Kris Carr and she is amazing. she has turned her cancer into a life altering growing experience. you have not said much in detail about your cancer but if you are undergoing chemo or treatments, you may feel a little slow and tired right now. sleep can help your body heal. we all should treasure our lives every minute and love and appreciate all that we have, whether cancer comes to visit or not. keep a positive attitude and enjoy making plans. most of us aren't able to do everything we plan anyway. i was diagnosed with lung cancer about 2 years ago and have had major difficulties but i know im here for a reason and the Lord will call me when it is time. until then i will be thankful for every precious day. im sure you are an inspiration to many people who cant imagine what you are going through. hope and love, M

jeez... is your cancer terminal, then.?

you should think about stuff you've always wanted to do... and just pick one of them and do it. no matter how crazy it is. the only limits we have in this life are the ones we put on ourselves, seriously.

where are you.? what's something you've never done because you thought it was too crazy, or too expensive, or dangerous, or whatever.? post more in your question and maybe we can help you think of something to do tomorrow.Health Question & Answer

I'm sorry to hear you have been diagnosed with cancer, finding out such thing can be pretty difficult to overcome at first, so my heart goes out to you. And I know it can be difficult for you to do so right now, but try to keep a positive outlook on life. No minute of your, or anybody else's life for that matter, should be taken for granted, so make the most of it. Engage in activities that you enjoy, no matter how impossible they may seem for you to undertake at the moment. Spend a lot of times with your friends and family, sure enough closure is one of the greatest ways to put one back on their feet. Nobody in my family has been diagnosed with cancer so I cannot say I know how you feel 100%, but I can relate. One of my closest friends has epilepsy, which I understand is slowly killing her both mentally as well as physically with each seizure, and that is not something you would like to see anybody go through, let alone a loved one. I spend a lot of time with her which has definitely brought positive attitude into her life, which I'm pretty sure could do the same for you if you spent more time around your loved ones rather than choosing your bed over them. After all, you would like to remember your life as one full of energy and positive attitude, surrounded by the ones who love you most, not one you slept through for the most part. Remember that treatment has shown great improvements in recovery, so you should never feel the need to give up on your hopes. Constantly surround yourselves with the ones you love, and spend quality time with them. Exercise, engage in meaningful conversations, read -- do whatever it takes for you to take your mind off of your condition, and I can guarantee you, soon enough, you will familiarize yourself with it, and in no time, may even be cured. Best of luck to you. :)Health Question & Answer
