How might I found out if I have ADD or ADHD?!
Question: How might I found out if I have ADD or ADHD.?
I want something easy, like an online test for example. I've taken some, and they all say it's highly likely that I have it, but I want to see if anyone has a reliable one... Or just list the symptoms. Thanks.Health Question & Answer

There are 12 symptoms listed for ADHD and you have to have 8 to qualify. If you could take the time to sit through tests on the internet you probably don't have it. If you can stay on the computer for an hour or play a video game for an hour or watch a DVD to the end , you don't have it. You might just be bored. The ultimate test is to take a medication for ADHD, such as ritalin or allderal. If you get an amphetamine type reaction then you are not, if you get drowsy or or calm you are. if you have the symptoms chances are you have A.D.D. give yourself a task to do and if it's hard to concentrate then you have A.D.D. dont feel bad, it's becoming more and more common with every new generation due to technology..its easy to counter with medicine, i would suggest adderall.Health Question & Answer
