Question: I am upset my case mgr. has said and done somethings.?
that have been hurtful, confusing and that i've felt angry over!.? It seems
like she doesn't want to work with me anymore. To be honest I don't know if i want her as my cm anymore, although i'm willing to give her one more chance. The last time she was in my house, she said that she didn't know how my children could be comfortable in my home because (it was such a mess).

did not know what she was talking about. I know i'm not perfect and may have .made mistakes in how to handle things. Although what do you think of her saying she is still coordinaying my care yet for any

As long as she has the required amount of contact time per month, it doesn't matter whether she contacts you or you contact her. I don't necessarily agree with that, but that is the way it is. Your treatment plan or care plan should tell you how often those contacts need to be. If they aren't happening as much as they should, contact her supervisor.
It seems like you're getting other services at your home also, and as long as you're getting all those other services you need and doing fine with them, she probably doesn't need to have much contact with you. That's probably for the best, if she says upsetting things to you.
If your other workers don't see a problem with how you keep your living space, then don't worry about it. The case manager is hardly ever there and maybe just visited on a bad day.Health Question & Answer

The only thing you have told us she did was make a comment on how messy your house is. That's actually part of her job.
If you have a case manager coming to your house, especially 2x in a day, you must have problems. Sounds more to me like she is giving you advice on how to improve living conditions for your children.
Maybe instead of being so defensive, you should take the advise and clean up your act so that they won't have to come to check on your kids. That's not normal, you know.Health Question & Answer
