exercise i agree with; however, i may disagree with the food statement because you may rely on food as a source of entertainment which could lead you down a road of another set of problems. Going out, walking, shopping, finding an active activity even if its as laid back as knitting. If you are in school, join a random group regardless what it is and put your fears and anxieties aside; its just to meet people, if u don't like it, then just leave- IT IS OK, and you are not alone..
