This must be stopped now. Don't mess about as all complaints procedure's within the Mental Health departments are a waste of time. They are in place for show and nothing else. I am personally trying to battle three separate agencies for someone that is menatlly ill and have witnessed it myself.
Get a cheap/borrowed camcorder and get it on tape then slam it on the relevent persons desk and demand immediate action and compensation.
If they tell you follow the procedure do it.
It usually goes like this:
1.The person causing the problems
2.The departments manager
3.The Chief executive
4.Possible another level and finally the local governments ombudsmen.
You write a full letter to person 1 allowing not a day longer than 14 days for response. Hopefully no reply.
Write a covering letter to person 2 and enclose copy of original letter, same 14 days and hope no reply, keep doing this until you reach the ombudsmen and go for gold.
The sooner rubbish and abusive mental health teams are brought down a peg or two the sooner ill folk can be helped.

You cannot allow this to continue, you must speak to Social services and sort it out. Being mentally bullied by a carer is despicable and this person should not be allowed to continue in this career....Health Question & Answer
