Question: I feel like I'm having a mental breakdown.?
This year I have alot of school, and way more homework than ever before. I'm also doing sports and basketball started like the day after volleyball. I really want to do basketball, but I feel like I have way too much on my plate.
I'm really stressed out and lately I've been a little depressed too.
Yesterday at practice I almost passed out, and then since then I can't control myslef. I'll break out crying hysterically at little things and I can't conrtol it. I don't feel like I'm functioning properly.

Oh man, you've got a bad case of stress. Try dropping some after-school activities or find a way to relieve this stress - once you do that you'll feel like your normal self again.

I t sounds liek depression for suer. Yes, you do have too much on your plate and you need to let something go and get some rest. You cannot run your body down and think you can keep going. Depression makes you cry and feel so many things, You will experience more symptoms, like a lower immne system whick will make you more succeptible to much more illness that comes around this time of year. See your doctor, there are lots of medications now days that help. I take one myself. I take Lexapro, with it I feel totally normal.Health Question & Answer
