ADHD is not real. Your kid is either not paying attention the entire day (ADD) or they are not paying attention and get up to do other things (ADHD) And before these terms, they were called, being kids and being young. I would not worry about it right now at all. There is a program going on in my son's school that is quite new that allows the child to get up and do something new and stretch and swing or do something else for a little while when the child seems to be struggling and guess what.? Eliminate candy, junk food and as many additives as you can (read the labels; decipher the goobledegook scientific jargon, and you will see they are mainly chemicals that aren't good for us), give plenty of room to run around and expend lots of energy.

First take a close look at what you're feeding your kid. Diet induced hyper-activity can be misdiagnosed as ADHD...

ADHD cannot be reliably diagnosed at such a young age. No doctor would be able to tell for sure because low attention is normal for 3 year olds. Just keep him away from TV and sugar. TV is really a big factor in encouraging low attention!! Health Question & Answer
