I'm sorry about your sleeping problems. Lets see if I cant help..

Most of the time when people cant sleep it's because they have a deficient of vitamins. So try some multi vitamins. You can also get that vitamin from turkey or milk. (honestly I cant remember the name of the vitamin i think it's vitamin K, Sorry hunn)

also try some tea, they have many different kinds of tea available to you. My favorites are sleepy time tea, and green tea. They work extremal well and I suggest it to anyone looking for a good natural way of getting to sleep.

Now if your looking for pills to take that are none habit forming (if you can really say all pills don't form habits) is Unisom. It helps you fall asleep and change your sleeping deficiency over time so you can fall asleep naturally without the need of pills, teas, etc.

OMG you should also take Coral Calcium. Make sure the bottle says Coral Pure on the top, or else it's the cheaper generic brand that don't work.

And last finally what most people don't understand is that your body and mind needs to be relaxed before you go to bed. So this means no mind stimulation:

NO watching TV
NO playing on computer
NO getting stressed about anything before bed
AND try during the day to exercise
DRINK lots of water
NO eating after 6pm
And try to read some before bed to relax the mind.

I hope all this helps you. If you still cant sleep then please don't hesitate to email me.

Reduce your activites a few hours before you go to bed. Take a relaxing bath right before bed. If those aren't working, there is a natural medication that you can take to help you sleep. It's called melatonin. It's a natural chemical your body produces to help you fall asleep and stay asleep. Not everyone's bodies produce it enough or consistently. It is safe, natural, and healthy as opposed to other sleep medications. Try it and see how well it works. You may be quite surprised. Good luck and sweet dreams!Health Question & Answer

Your insomnia can be caused by a multitude of things. I would see a doctor and find out if it's something serious. If not, then try a remedy of some kind. Experiment with them until you find something that helps; otherwise, you will need to take a prescription.Health Question & Answer

Well we need a little more information, like do you drink caffeine a lot. etc.. more specific information would help us narrow it down since there are a lot of sleep disorders/problems out there.Health Question & Answer
