Well there actually could be many reasons for this.
1. If you are taking medication for your bi-polar it could be a side effect of that, you'll want to look at you dosage or consult your doctor to ask if a change needs to be made.
2. And this one is important, I have heard that it is a trigger for Manic Episodes. So it could be that you are about to go into a manic state.
