I have sleeping issues? what should i do.?!

Question: I have sleeping issues.? what should i do..?
every single night, i wake up at 2~3 30 in the morning on the dot. i have a nightmare every night that i always remeber, and if i had a good dream i dont remember it, but i remember having one, and the good ones are always accomanied with the bad ones, i have way more nightmares than good dreams. i talk in my sleep every night. EVERY night these things happen. talking in my sleep is actually qquite funny. people always mess with me, but im begining to think its a serious problem. i do scary things, like i dontknow where im at. then sometimes my legs cramp up so bad when im laying down, that i cant fall asleep for 3-4 hours. i deffenatly cant sleep next to some one, because all i do is kick, and sometimes in my dreams i act it out in real life, while im sleeping! like this one time, i had a dream i was fiting someone and i accedentally punched the bars on my bed, it woke me up, cause it hurt so bad, but then i fell asleep again. this other time i thought i broke my nose, because i head butted my wall, in my sleep!! i dont remeber the dream tho. but it hurt! i woke up like "what the hell"

im 15 btw, so what should i do.? i go to bed around 10, but if i wanted to i can stay up till 7:00 am without thinking about it. {i seriously did that once}Health Question & Answer

Tell your parents and ask them to take you to see a natural doctor, they can run some tests and find out if you have a nutritional deficiency, chemical imbalance, toxic buildup, ect. They can find out the cause and treat it naturally without giving you drugs which only cause more problems and can be addictive. I suffer with insomnia too, I have not been to sleep all night. I have an appointment with a natural doctor who specializes in bioidentical hormones on Dec 1st, I can't wait to go.
I hope you go to a natural doctor and feel better real soon!Health Question & Answer

The best answer should come from your doctor. Talk to your parents and ask them to make you a doctors appointment. If you are not sleeping well then chances are you are fatigued during the day and not doing as well as you should. Stop worrying about it so much and get professional help.Health Question & Answer

Try taking sleeping pills. The dreams are normal you can't help it. If you can't sleep read a book or just hang out. If it still doesn't work then go to a doctor.Health Question & Answer

Like try to drink hot coca or something else. Make sure you have a soft pillow. if wake up do again. It could be the bed.Health Question & Answer

I had the same issue as you, though less intense, when I messed my normal sleep schedule up. Normal would be wake up at 8am / Sleep at 10pm. What do you do all day.? Are you active or don't get enough physical activity.? If you don't, you need to fix that. If you do, you really need to force yourself to sleep because your body is obviously fatigued your mind just tells you otherwise, therefore you end up staying up until 7am like you said. It's mind over matter, control your sleep, and in a week you should experience better sleep. If you don't, see a doctor because it might be some minor problem.

Edit: DON'T TAKE SLEEPING PILLS! They make things much worse. I tried it and I felt conscious when bad dreams were happening.Health Question & Answer
