Question: How can I make myself think positive every single morning.?

i read this really good book a while back that you read about 5 sentences per day that helps you.
in this one section i read it said "when you wake up,dont think to yourself -ugh another day again, man i have to get in the shower and i hope im not late ,gosh i hope i pass that test- you have to get out of bed like your going somewhere really exciting, strech to as high as you can and say out loud "Today is going to be a Good Day!"=D

ps.ive been doin this every day and it really helps you.since its the first thing you said that morning your gonna remember it the whole day and you will have a GOOD DAY

Hi - I go jogging for 30 mins every morning before work (about 6am) this really freshens and wakes you up before having to get on with the day. I don't feel like it having to get up at 6am in the dark and cold, but the feeling afterwards is always worth it, I also do 20mins Yoga, this also helps to focus the mind.
