How to make myself fall asleep?!


Question: How to make myself fall asleep.?
i'm on drugs and it should make me sleep... yet i cant sleep....

it has been a long time since i have problem sleeping....

usually i would go to bed at this time but it seems hard to...

i cant sleep unless im listening to something.
burn a cd or buy one.. turn on your favorite radio station and just listen to music.. turn around on your sides until your comfortable that should help :)

If your taking a sleeping pill, don't take any other medication with it (bendryl) cause sometimes they work against each other and you will not sleep. also if your taking a sleeping medication, don't watch tv, listen to music, read, text or talk. just ly there. in about 15-20 mins you should be asleep. talk to your doctor if you still have trouble sleeping. also sleeping pills are very additive. b careful and good luck!Health Question & Answer

Try lying on your stomach with your head flat on the bed. Another thing that may help is to get a hotel room for a couple days, I know this sounds odd but you would be surprised how a change in surroundings and a different bed can relax you beond the point of what you are used to. Then again your doctor can help with that but be careful most sleep aids are VERY addictive.Health Question & Answer

don't count any sheeps don't count to hundred I have the best solution... i do it and I fall asleep quickly....you need to get your music player but not with headphones....in loud speaker...put on quiet music in low volume....then close your eyes and listento them you will fall asleep..but then the music player will be on all night but you will sleep...make it best answerHealth Question & Answer

I don't know how active you are during the day, but up you should up that level. Go to the gym or go for a run in the evening. I used to have severe problems sleeping, then I started going to the gym for an hour or so a few times a week and it really helped. Hope you get some zzzz's.Health Question & Answer
