How do you force yourself to stay awake at night?!


Question: How do you force yourself to stay awake at night.?
Not using caffeine and only for maybe 2-3 hours. I normally get sleepy around 10 and I want to stay up till maybe 12 so I can be with my bf. :3Health Question & Answer

Well, at sleepovers, me and my friend used to stick our faces in a bucket of cold water to stay awake.
But I wouldn't necessarily recommend that. ha.

Just try staying busy with something. If you just lay around watching TV or something, you'll get sleepy faster. Get up and do something. Clean your room, alphabetize your CDs, anything.Health Question & Answer
