How to get up from depression?!


Question: How to get up from depression.?
the last two months, i have cried everyday, felt worthless. and at night i have cried non stop and felt rrestless, bored and i cannot concentrate opn anything. i just want to get out and i hate myself.

and tonight i told mey boyfriend, since he is the only person i have.. im worried it will scare him away. but i know we love each other, and so i really want to get better for him.

the only problem. is i don't see a way out, i can't get rid of this feeling that i am sick of myself. i can't fiix things. i hate everyone around meand i feel so isolated.. i sometimes thing that life is designed for people like me who feel things so intensly and jealousy..

i am getting help.. but i know, that they might not always be about to help. is there any suggestions please =)

Getting help is the best first step. I am in therapy right now with a counselor for posttraumtic stress disorder and have also been diagnosed with depression. I am not on medicine right now, but i am considering it soon. its very hard to deal with things. the one thing you must have is HOPE. hope for a future and a hope that things will in fact get better. i know how it is to cry almost every night and not be able to concentrate on things. i want a way out of my situation too, but for me there is no way out. i was indirectly struck by lightning 16 months ago and as a result dont have full use of my left hand/arm. it is a reminder every day of what happened, but its also a reminder of how far i've come and how strong of a person i am. whatever is making you cry, you should talk to someone..your boyfriend, a counselor/phsychologist, your parents, a good friend, someone that cares about you and will listen. when you talk about, it makes it easier to deal with. in my situation, i came to the point where i didnt want to talk about what happened or what i had been through because it was so hard to talk about. now i've realized that talking really helps. i wish you good luck and please seek professional help if necessary. it has really helped me, even though i was very skeptical and negative about it at first. dont give up!Health Question & Answer

Different things can cause depression from the change of seasons (Seasonal Affective Disorder) to the natural hormonal changes in our body and often the use of certain birth control drugs. I go with Prozac. then make sure you eat healthy. pile up on vitamins too like vit b complex, E , A and C. Not too much E and A because they can become toxic in your body. exercise everyday (mosttly a brisk walk or run). There is this Mona Vie drink that is about 40 dollars a bottle but it sure does wonder for me. eat almonds everyday, blue berries and all other kinds of berries. Health Question & Answer
