Question: Plz help me.... my brain is screwed up.....?
for some reason my brain denies things that i know have happened...
e.g. this girl was smiling at me when i talk to her, and she really obviously likes me... like it couldn't be more obvious that she really likes me but my brain keeps raising all these what if's....

It's all about self esteem or the lack there of.
A lot of the time we don't believe that someone could have interest in us, or they are just been nice, because we don't want to believe it's true.
I know it's hard, but you just have to remind yourself, hey, this girl really does like me, and there is no way I'm going to let myself believe it's not true.

Seems normal. Even as adults, theres always what ifs. Relax, be you're self. Be confident- girls like confidence in a person. Any doughts
