So angry sad and lonely...?!

Question: So angry sad and lonely....?
okay well, first off i am just a really nice person, and for some reason everyone just seems to step all over me. I am in therapy and we always try to seek anyone in the whole school for me to be friends with, but everyone has already treated me like garbage. I really have no friends, i am so down and i just can't deal anymore, i hear people going to parties every weekend, i'm sitting home on the computer, i try really hard but my school the majority of the people are jerks, i have tried so many outside activities, i volunteer for a bunch of different things but no one seems to be nice. I am so negative in my thinking and i just have no hope for anything getting better, i just don't know what to think anymore, and to top it off my parents think therapy is causing me to be depressed when it is helping me, i just don't know what i did to deserve this can anyone help me.?
oh yeah i am also on lexapro and buspar which helps my anxiety.Health Question & Answer

I would suggest some answers can be found in your statements above:
" I am so negative in my thinking...."

comment: this you need to change because the feedback you get will stay negative and cause a vicious cycle. try to change your outlook - I know it's hard, but do give it a try.

"....and to top it off my parents think therapy is causing me to be depressed...."

perhaps this is also true. change your therapist and also suggest to your physician to perhaps change the prescriptions and dosage.

your mind is the most powerfull tool you have, use it!

What your experiencing is what is commonly known as "real life". Personally, i hate people, i hate them because i have worked with the public for several years now, and come to the conclusion that people are just stupid, they can't think for themselves, they can't do anything, without being shown the right way. So basically, you may find it less stressful to hate the people back.Health Question & Answer

first - start watching the local news and read the paper - you will see soo many people in much worse situations than you and that should make you feel better and appreciate what you have.

second - stop chasing people and just be yourself and let them come to you - there is such a thing as trying too hardHealth Question & Answer

I mean if ur not ugly i really dont c why u have no friends. I take ur word for it that ur a nice person. So i dont know. Try being a little more outgoing in school i guess. I too used to feel this way. Even had thoughts of suicide. But i overcame this problem by having friends and keeping my chin up. Hope everything goes well.Health Question & Answer

I would keep up with the outside activities. School was a rough time for me (and most of the people I know.) You should just know that things will get better and you will meet some good people, they are hard to find but they are out there! Check out this link, this story always helps me get things in perspective when I start to focus on the "why me" stuff. It's nothing you've done wrong, life is just tough sometimes. Anyway, check this out, hope it helps.

I think that your metabolism is off. I'm guessing that you don't eat a lot of fresh vegetables, nuts, and fish and eggs.

There is a safe, anti anxiety tonic drops, that you can get at
www.naturessunshine.com It's called " Distress Remedy" and it's tintcures of flowers. That will help when you're having an attack.

But to get the problem to STOP you need to get your minerals and omega oils balanced in your body, and that will help balance your hormones.

Just like when someone gets drunk, they act funny , or mooshy, or slur their words etc.... because they have too much alcohol in their body... If you're low on Omega 3s, Vitamin E, Vitamin D, Co-Q-10, and minerals especially Chromium and Vanadium and other trace minerals...Your brain just won't work right. You can have mood swings, or anxiety.

A great source of nutrition for those who don't always eat right is Monavie Juice. Super antioxidents, enzymes, and trace minerals.
Or Noni Juice, that helps our body actually make serotonin the hormone that gives you the "runners high" and lifts your mood like exercise.

Take 1000-2000 mg of Vitamin D a day, Take Flax Seed oil capsules for the Omega 3's, eat eggs for breakfast, get yourself a good all minerals suppliment with all the trace minerals, eat Cashew nuts (they remove fear and panic ) and study up on nutrition and emotions and mental health.

It's your body, and doctors won't heal you naturally. You're better off with a naturalist than with doctors wanting to stick you full of medicines, and have you talk about your problems forever... They just treat the symptoms. You need to cure the inbalances.
