Question: I am constantly afraid of getting diarrhea.?

After I eat something im always afraid i will get it. Sometimes I don't eat certain things because im so scared. And their are certain foods i must stay away from, because they will cause me to get it. Is this some sort of phobia.?Health Question & Answer

I feel the same.
I work my self up into a state and am convinced i will need the toilet on the bus, at work etc.

I feel insane.
