I woke up in the middle of the night, and wondered what the time was. All the lights were off, so I leaned across to my computer and hit the button where I was guessing the monitor was. Suddenly, a low, man's voice said ''get ready'' in a half-whisper.
I screamed, ran downstairs and grabbed a kitchen knife, then came back into my room without turning the light on and hid in my bed. After about half an hour, I still didn't hear anything else or see any movement. I walked over to my computer, and turned on the monitor... hoping the backlight would help me see without causing too much attention to me.
itunes was open, but no song was playing... and the voice I'd heard earlier was not accompained by music. I hadn't opened itunes - I remember closing everything before getting dinner.
What's going on.?

Do you have a neigbhor that might be willing to help you now.? If yes, go sleep in their house for tonight then check your house tomorrow.
If no, then turn on your lights and turn on your TV and watch your favorite movie while eating some popcorn. When I say turn on the light.. I mean evey single bulb in your House. The light will eliminate the darkness, the TV will elminate the eery silence, and the movie will get your mind off the subject.

call a relative and talk to them , or a friend just somebody that you can talk to .
this happened to my sister when i was younger , talking to someone scared the guy out of the house
if there is someone in your house, he will leave as soon as he hears you say something that makes him think the police are on there way .

Could have been a ghost.? Or someone playing a mean trick. Take a torch to bed and keep your mobile next to you, if you're on your own get a lock for your bedroom door and lock it on the inside before you go to bed.Health Question & Answer
