im having the most messed up feelings,i want to kill people,i plan out ways in my head,i think itll make me really happy if i do kill people,theres only 1 psychiatrist in town but she only comes in once a month as she is needed other places,i have a counsellor and she is very helpful but i havnt told her since this started happening after we last met,i have had a girlfriend for 4 months now,she said if i ever cut my wrists again that she wud be furious and i did and shes out of town,shell probly break up with me,i will end up taking my own life, am i turning into a psychopath or what,please help,im in desperate need for it.?Health Question & Answer

look at tv and movies and video games - it's all about killing and hunting killers and people hurting each other
you need to work out how to put your killing urges into fantasy instead of directing them at the real world

Depression is a fatal illness. You need to be on some sort of daily medication for this. Go to the local ER immediatelyHealth Question & Answer
