Your confidence went to zero, a lot of people noticed this changed in you and also started to doubt u as a person and all this things is just because of one thing that you have mistakenly believed. NO! throw that confidence back in your damn soul brush yourself off and jump back into the swing of things. SCREW WHAT PEOPLE THINK. you are who you are. and if you have made a bad decision, well **** happens. your human and everyone on this earth is human we make mistakes. don't listen to me or anyone else just take advice. dude listen to your heart. do something to take your mind off this. sort of like a spirit walk. take time off for you and only you to find who you are and what you believe in. What i do from time to time when the world feels like its going to crush me i go hiking. One time i spent 4 days in the mountains with only me a tent and food i walked for 4 days straight. Your realize a lot out by yourself. and what a better place than nature. If you do go out in the wild be prepared with all the gear. food water shelter dry flint or lighter for fire and warmth all the crap to survive. Health Question & Answer

listen to music....cry...maybe want to die, but i wouldn't kill myself or anything (too much for me), and write.
