No, because a therapist knows what's best for you and is obligated to tell you what's best for you. Yes, it may be hard to talk to a real person, especially a boring, stuckup therapist, but when you talk to ppl on the internet, you get used to it. being vulnerable is part of life. avoiding it, just like avoiding other things, is ultimately making life harder for you.Health Question & Answer
yes , it does . you get to vent , have people ask questions / give answers.... that may / may not apply to ... you / your situation... and it is free. sometimes people give you a good laugh ... and that is of course priceless. the other times ... they may hurt your feelings ... and of course that may cause you to want to drink ...
