and one time I didn't look into a mirror for 6 months because of that thing that happened but eventually it went away. And then the same thing started happeneing when i only THOUGHT about looking into a mirror. So now i'm 14 years old and it happened once this year. My boyfriend has this phobia. I think with any phobia its just about facing it and not letting it ruin you life. If it persists u should probably go see a psychologist.Health Question & Answer
