Question: Help with my food addiction .?
okay so im in the process of losing weight bad weight but everytime i tell myself dont go after the junk next thing i know im already eating it and then i think well i might as well not waste it so i finish it and i get bored so i eat and eat more

any tips on how to keep myself busy so i dont keep going for food.? Health Question & Answer
