Yes, it is a harmless drug. Only the good stuff you have to wean off of slowly. Buspar is nothing like Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, Valium, etc.Health Question & Answer

Is your pop a physician.? If he is that may be correct, however until I spoke with someone with ann MD or Pharm D behind their name I would not do that. Ask your dr or a pharmacist about this, some SSRI(serotonin reuptske inhibitors) can cause problems with sudden stoppage. Please check before making any changesHealth Question & Answer
