It is really important that you take time for you. This time of year can be stressful. Chisel out a bit of time everyday to relax do something just for you, that help you relax. Think good thought! listen to music have a cup of tea Get plenty of rest. Do something that you like to do. I like to be creative and getting lost in painting or drawing helps me to relax. It also helps me to think things through while I am doing this, and helps me to work things out on a sub conscious level.
If you need to, Talk to someone that might be able to give you some advice. Talking it out with someone helps. See if you can trade babysitting with another mom for some space. See your Doctor!

Then go from there.

Talk to a good friend who you trust and can offer you some good listening ears.
